How to Order

Orders can be placed through our eCommerce web site (www.hrsgifts.com), at our participating trade shows, by phone, fax and email, at our showroom and also through an HRS Sales Representative in your area.

Minimum Order

There is a minimum order of $200.00 CDN/USD for all orders, including re-order and multi-location orders.

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are Credit Card (Visa/Master Card), COD (except US orders), cheque and electronic transfer.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours.

Confirmation of Order

HRS will call customers for order confirmation upon receipt of their orders. Customers will be contacted regarding:

  1. Item availability
  2. Backorder status
  3. Estimated arrival time of goods
  4. Order & payment details
  5. Updates to their customer contact information

Packing

Each order is thoroughly verified and packed with care by our Shipping Department. Enclosed with every shipment are:

  1. A detailed packing list
  2. A detailed invoice
  3. A backorder list (if applicable)
  4. A Request for Credit/Return form

In the event that damaged goods or order discrepancies occur, simply report to us by submitting the Request for Credit/Return form for the subsequent procedures.
